The president of the Bharatiya Janata Party, Rajnath Singh, has compared software giant Infosys with the terror group Al-Qaeda, according to a report in today’s Kannada Prabha.
Both organisations, he says, are on a globalisation spree, with their tentacles spreading rapidly around the world. Both, he says, are stuffed full with very talented people. And both, he says, were built by one person, N.R. Narayana Murthy in the first case, Osama bin Laden in the second.
However, Singh, who claims this appared in an editorial in The Guardian, London, says there is one key difference between the two outfits: one is in a constructive business, the other in a destructive business.
