And the promise of a probe by the chief minister of Maharashtra to trace the mischief-mongers. Once we are done with this contrived show, will somebody—anybody—please tell us just what the contribution of the great and venerated lady was, besides being the wife of the self-appointed Hindu Hridaysamrat, to deserve a statue at Shivaji Park in the first place?
