I have tested the best TEA in Hyderabad . They boil boil over with thick milk in a Big container .They add a secret Masala and the tea is certainly a syrup instead of the thin beverage . But the TEA with biscooota ( as Hyderabadis pronounce) is heavenly .

Iam reminded of what George Mikes, the hungarian humourist settled down in UK said once. According to him, tea was a good drink, till the British scientists got together and made it into tasteless odourless liquid.
What is good tea, is a matter of taste. Britishers like it to be lipid. Tibetans like to lace with butter and Indians mostly like to be laced with more sugar and milk as you normally find in the rural areas. Only those who have been influenced by the British customs like the tea to be lipid, like the dip dip tea served by the Indian Railways in the train.
Green Tea, best served without sugar, milk…..
