BAPU SATYANARAYANA writes: A friend of mine was relating to me his grand daughter’s account in her class which shows how stunningly original children can be.
The girl in question is seven years old. Her teacher apparently asked how old her father was.
The child replied: “Seven years.”
The teacher thought she must have got it mixed up and asked the same question and he got the same reply.
The teacher concluded the girl was not bright but he wanted to know why she was giving the same reply when she knew that her father was older than that.
The girl’s logic floored him. “My father became a father when I was born and now that I am seven years old my father is seven years old!”
All our creativity and ability to think gets lost due to education as rightly pointed out by this girl!
@mohan… whats education got to do with that answer ???swalpa heli saar
good one..very original indeed
thank u
@vinay sir
If you look at the answer technically the girl is correct. He is father ony from 7 years. With proper education we logically conclude the fathers age is 32 years!
The childishness is lost due to rote education which removes our ability to think.
Child logic . . . So difficult to argue with it :-) . Nice post . .
nice post good answer by a innocent girl we can think that way
agree with vijay no arguments
