H.D. Kumaraswamy is moving into the final lap of his 20-month tenure as Chief Minister. The hope generated by his midnight installation has quietly boiled down to business as usual. The film producer cum politician has been embroiled in controversies aplenty: the Rs 150 crore bribe charge; the actions of his son Nikhil Gowda, the massive real estate purchases of his family; the tiffs with B.S. Yediyurappa; and the latest flap over his “night halt” in Mangalore to look upon a near and dear one.
Has HDK managed to achieve anything? Or has it been all talk no action? Is Karnataka better off as a State today? Or is it just hype and PR? Will HDK make way for Yedi or will Kumaraswamy make way for his elder brother H.D. Revanna? What is the one question you are dying to ask the Karnataka Chief Minister? Please keep your queries short, civil, and to the point.
Only one question:
Mr CM, this is not about development of Karnataka or some such thing, but honestly, are you following in your father’s footsteps by mounting your sibling Revanna as next CM and ditching Yeddy?
KP , Are you only intrested in counting number of hits to ‘CHURUMURI’?
even if you dont raise each week ‘One Question I am dying to ask’ for each person holding Public or private office .You can still get top counts ..dont worry .
There are KOTI KOTI Kannadigas across globe who wouldnt miss CHURUMURI for a day .
B.T.W are you making any efforts after we ask questions to see that they reach the persons in Question?
If you are did you forward our questions to NRN???
My suggestion would be to stop this ‘One Question I am dying’ for sometime.

what are the systemic problems in KA administration? How do you propose to address them?
Who counts the money when you go back home every night? Your father or your brothers?
Is it true that you landed up in Mangalore last week to look up the “damsel in distress” in a hospital bed in the dead of night only out of force of habit? Like, you have been sleeping around the State so much, you didn’t know where you had gone.
I violently but respectfully disagree with what DG says…the question is welcome…
KP – pls keep it going.
Also, there is nothing wrong is having something on a blog if it increases the hit rate / usage.
How come you / (your party) lost the chamundeshwari election
What drama are you going to stage this time to ensure that the BJP doesnt come into power?
What role will dad play in the drama?
Are you feeding your kid at home so he doesnt have to go looking for food at 3 AM?
Why are you in a haste to approve all the project proposals that come to you despite people opposing them? To name a few – Nagarjuna Power in Udupi, Makkaji Chowk in Mysore, Malleswaram Underpass…how many more before October?
Mr Arun…
why are you bothered about nagarjuna power? we people at udupi/mangalore are suffereing power cuts every day and night. some jobless environmentalists have mounted protests through newspapers…(obviously sponsored by gas power people, and supported by some fools who claim to produce electricity from sea waves!)
and you think people are opposing the projects…
remeber this project was okayed by veerappa moily from congress, later ratified by dharam singh…
Mr.Right Poi – where in Karnataka do we have reliable power supply? And why should’nt one be bothered about this project? The fly-ash thing is always a risk. And do you believe that these companies would import the high cost coal from Korea (as they are promising now), etc to keep the ash component low? Very soon they would resort to local coal which would spew too much of ash. The barge mounted power generation too has now stopped. Agree that the power supply would improve at far away locales, but if it is coming at a huge damage to the envrionment and the locals are made to suffer, such projects should not be allowed in the first place. Wasn’t Kaiga set up for the same purpose? But Karnataka still has poor power supply. Well, a lot could be discussed, but it will be irrelevant under this post.
