Great for the 1st day – 1st hour… but what about the 2nd day … what about after a year …. unrealistic?? … will this be continued for others… for how many more days or months or years can it be continued….
That was the most ridiculous ceremonies performed. No, doubt the employees would had an extraordinary time, but spending all that money for such a inconspicuous event. They should rather give them better facilities at work, something like what Google has done for its employees.
I will second what andy said. The employees are not going to work for the company for a long time. They are probably waiting for a better pay from a larger company.
