Fantastic and superb. The air show at Yelahanka started today is an occassion not to miss. Every year suryakiram squad will out beat other shows. It is really thrilling to watch the show, even under the scorching sun. But, this time, the admission ticket is Rs.400/- and it is pinching the pocket. Let me rethink on the issue and there is time till Sunday. Three chees to air force of India
Great composition. Kudos to photographer.
This photographs embodies the decicive moment. Excellent capture.
“Warning: this photograph is not Photoshopped”
What was the “Warning” for?
Good photo btw.!
I think the word is ‘disclaimer’ not ‘warning’. Anyway, excellent snap.
SKY IS MINE AND WIND TOO STOPS TO TAKE A LOOK(4m toi) …
nice photograph with more pretty wordings. Another feather in crown of Bangalore. Itz pleassure to watch the air show from past 4 times i have witnessed it. This time i attended the conference on jst few days back this was exciting moment with delegates from many countries wow unexplainable.
Highlighting factors are
1) This time china’s particiapation.
2) 48K crore deal from Indian government.
3) eye catching MiG – 35.
4) world’s only aerobatic helicopter with 4 aircraft the SARANG .
5) Suryakiran and F -18, Typhoon and Tejas steels the show .and many more to awestruck.
more over Bangalore police has taken some effective steps to avoid traffic jams. (will be tested on weekends)
This time itz quite costlier as u will lose weight of pockets by 400/- But never to miss and wait till another 2 years.
First of all, to reply to the post… Good Photo!!!
But to comment on the event. I beleive $10-12 billion contracts are at stake. That is 1% of the country’s GDP. I think government spending on education is 2-3% (correct me if I am wrong but I dont think it is much higher).
Are some defence contracts (not entire defense budget) worth the half the public money on education? There were some potests reported on MG Road as well on the same topic.
Fundoo photo!!
