One sincerely looks forward to the programme, but not to see it turned into “sufi” music festival. Kabir certainly wasn’t a Sufi.
Bangaluru habba iga dodda manushyara habba agede. Mamuli janakke issta ago popular dramas, light music programmes irolla. Yake bere state artists karkondu bandu namage bore hodistharo. Swamy bangalore habba na kempegowda habba anatha kariyo modalu, programmes annu localise made.
Kabir was a genious that could only be produced in India. But in today’s world of ‘my religion is best’, he gets no attention.
