Capturing the blissful moments of the noise through a set of golden earphones is not many can afford to do – particularly if you have only “declared” assets of a few lakhs and having more liabilities than assets as well.
I do not know if the list also contains thousands of hectares of land somewhere near Bidadi as liabilities. Someone can confirm to me on that too…

Not sure when these guys learn to reveal the ‘TRUTH’. I know for sure that you can’t even buy a 30×40 plot for less than 60Lakhs in Padmanabha nagar. I really wonder how our HUMBER farmer is able to evaluate a 80×100 site with a fully built house for under 59 lakhs!
Shame on you politicians. Also, it may be noted that the sleeping.. oh sorry, deep thinking ex-prime minister needs a break badly. Looks like that head phone to be a good option. Even if it is made of Gold, i am sure, it wouldn’t cost anything more than 5,000/-… Any doubts?

Who is Petrol bunk owner ? It is called by his name, and so is Dr. rajkumar road in Rajajinagar if you excuse my ignorance. Also 80×60 site with fully built house is ‘really’ owned by him? There are several others in family too.. isn’t it? I remember reading it sometime ago, he came with 5,00,000 in his pocket..so he had said in his ow blog.
Now I wonder what is humble really means? and then farmer?
In the days people get gas cylinder with an affidavit of not staying with husband, it may not be surprising we get leaders what we deserve..

If there is one politician who flaunts religious ostentation in public it is H.Ditching.Devegowda. There is no end to his superstition in vaastu, auspicious timings, homas, chandi pujas, all a part of his public life, not in the privacy of his house. If there was ever a karnataka politician mixing religion and politics, it is HDD. Latest instance is the pseudo religious drama accompanying his submission of nomination papers – positioning of chairs in proper direction and what have you. Yet, he claims to be a secularist to boot, and other dumbwits also seem to acknowledge him as such.
His manifesto promises reservation of 50% seats in Jamia Milia for Muslims. Yet he is a secularists and others are not. Hindu baiting, Hindu bashing and appeasing Muslims seem to be secular acts.
Rank hypocrite, if there was ever one!

It is about time we developed the basic decency of respecting our leaders who have succeeded in local and national politics. They have shown us that everything is possible in India. They are an inspiration to all of us. Let’s stop cavilling them.
Devegowda may have all the money in the world, in his own name or Shrimathi Chennamma’s, but has that stopped him from serving the weak and the disadvantaged everywhere in our state? I don’t think so. I was present when he distributed “hakkupatras” to almost all the residents at a Vrishabhaavathi slum. The man’s tears were enough to show me how deeply hurt he is by the plight of the poor.
I was one of the beneficiaries of his Daridranaarayana Yajna in ca. 2002. I had gone hungry for almost a week at that time. That one meal transformed my life. Now I am a member of the coolie mafia that Shri Ramakrishna so unfairly tries to satirise. But for us, every coolie would be getting two rupees for every gunnybag of vegetables he unloads. We have actually made sure that he gets double that amount. What is a rupee in return for that kind of protection?
Finally, are we foolish enough to think that Gowda would not be where he is if he were not under the protection of the Prophet, peace be upon him, Jesus, and all the thirty- three lakh gods and goddesses in our pantheon? Take a minute and think. Even Shani is on his side. Let’s not despise those whom the gods favour. It is not for nothing that his name is Devegowda, meaning “Devayya Gowda,” the gowda who is the father of all the gods.
I am all for re-establishing monarchy, provided we are ruled forever by the wise brains of the Haradanhalli/Paduvalhippe clan. If our greatest thinker, Shri Ananthamurthy can endorse this possibility in public, what is stopping us poor “paamaras” from joining the universal cry to make the Gowda family our First Family?

In Bangalore, flat land is divided into three segments. BDA sites, Revenue sites and Deve Gowda Clan land. All hillocks are the property of Mr DK Shivakumar. As for Deve Gowda’s claims on property, I think its his drivers property rather than his. Deve Gowda is at least worth Rs 100 Crores, if not more. Its so pitiful that the very people who will run our country, lie so blatantly in public. Shame on them seriously.

Hmmm, that is an interesting pic of a head dress. However, why not get a set of noise cancelling headphones and place on the former prime minister? I think he would enjoy. I understand Bose is the leader with the audiophiles, but Sennheser defintely gives Bose some stiff competition.
