On the day the Royal Challengers of Bangalore were meeting their would-be nemesis and Robin Utthappa was trying to play it cutely over fine leg, chief minister B.S. Yediyurappa was taking guard and playing it in the ‘V’ against his grand-daughter at his residence in Bangalore.

Deccan didnt win, Bangalore Lost … all credits to Uthappa and Co. Bangalore deserved to lose because they made Uthappa Bat. Overall It was a AJM day for Mr. Mallya … missed f1 points by 2 secs and here IPL by 6 six runs.

Absolutely, if only he had batted straight we would have surely won. We so deserved to win it…

Anil Kumble should have opened the batting as he opened the bowling. It was a sad ending for Karnataka, a good opportunity missed after being the under dog. Hope Yedu picks up some lesson from this!

The safest pair of hands in history of cricket dropped a sitter; The man who could play the best straight drive tried a totally unreliable shot. But then these things happen in a high-voltage match called finals..

this IPL final reminds me of how Bangalore lost Fab City and US consulate to Hyderabad.

Funny thing about T20s is that teams having 20 and 18 points are resting at their respective homes.
