It’s a pity to know Basavanna who left his body in jala samadhi telling sthaavakkalivuntu jangamakkilla ; devotees have made a sthaavara and thronging onto..
I would rather suggest a huge dhyaana centre / anubhava mantapa at koodalasangama where the three rivers meet. It has a beautiful atmosphere.

I was disapointed to see people posing infront of Linga in garbha gudi and taking photos in holy place. After seeing that i felt not to visit this place.
It should be avoided at any cost. Temple is not for photo shoot.
