Most people always want a stable government to be in power. BJP when it came to power riding on an almost majority on its own was thought that it will prove its worthiness and cement its upswing in the south but its real sad to see some real clones @ the helm. BSY is a real Dumbo ass fit only for the yagnas, Homas and the likes! Does he have nothing else to do other than this? being a CM ? May be he isnt really fit to even understand what it takes to be a successful leader. The crrying n homas I guess did a world of gud to be still able to stick on his ass to the chair.

Prayer and religion are one’s personal beliefs. I think it is in bad taste to comment and make fun of that. Whether it is DG, BSY or SG, one can criticize their misusing of official machinery for religious purposes or exploiting religion for political gains. But the mere act of prayer is their personal choice and that should be respected.

Basavanna’s ideals gave birth to a sect/caste/group called Lingayats, to which Mr. Yediyurappa belongs to.
By being so overwhelmingly ritualistic, isn’t the CM going against the teachings of his own faith, which advocates shunning of rituals?

Yediyurappa (the sacred Lingayat, a.k.a modern day Basavanna) is beyond doubt, the most shameless, corrupt kannadiga CM we have ever had.
He has put even the crooked Bangarappa or Kumaranna or all other past CMs inferior when it comes to looting and swift prosperity, no wonder his precious time is jam-packed with visits to temples all over the land, including the Himalayas using poor tax payers money apart from getting spiritual advise form shady swami’s like Sri Sri or the heads of various commercial ATM Mutt heads.
One thing for sure: While his well known cronies too have become black money billionaires in such a short time, unlike Modi and Gujarat, the Karnataka BJP is now doomed forever. Perhaps they deserved it for the irresponsibility and complete disrespectto the common man’s trust and mandate.
