Like an amoeba that changes shape even as you watch it, the barricades of Namma Metro shift and move as you go past it. Suddenly, old familiar roads are no-go areas as the work goes on underneath. And so it is at Minsk square in Bangalore, on Monday, as vehicles whizz past CTO towards the promised day, with Cubbon Road closed.
