Jairam is a big mouth. Low on results, high on talk. As Environment minister he was the biggest impediment to growth and now as rural minister, he is so deeply concerned about sh** that even when he talks, its all sh**

So, is he throwing the challenge to someone else?
Isn’t he the minister responsible for making it happen?

@Deepak,
Jairam was the biggest impediment to “growth”?
He left environment sometime ago. Where is the “growth”? Or did he take it with him (in his left pocket?).

post title shows the sense of humour of churumuri :) … as the minister, Jairam is doing everything he can, implementation lies in the hands of the respective state machinery and the people.
Suresh Kumar in Karnataka known for his “clean” image, “gaDDada”Ranganath of Public Tv even went ahead with an hour programme showing the credibilities of suresh kumar. And today’s news reports suggest that Crores of NREGA money has been misused by Karnataka govt! Repeated clarifications sought by the urban development ministry has not been replied by the state govt! what a shame.
there is drought in the state, and NREGA money could have been effectively used for giving employment.
